Takapuna Beach is one of the best locations for sailing in New Zealand - with a clubhouse on the waterfront, direct access to a wide sandy beach, and facing the picturesque Rangitoto Island.

Casual fun sailing and racing is held most Sundays throughout the summer season for our active members at no extra cost.

Schedule:

Spring Series 12 November - 10 December (excluding 26 November)

Arrive in time to rig boats, launch boats, and get to the start area by 12:30pm

1st Warning Signal at 13:00

Debriefing, grabbing a drink and a bite to eat, and general banter in the Takapuna Boating Club House after.
